A Weekend of Wine!

If you assume all the holiday events are over by January, think again. Because on January 30-31 more than 20 El Dorado Winemakers will open their cellars and invite you to taste wines straight from the barrels. It doesn’t get more authentic than that! And not only will you get to taste the wares of these new vintages, you can also learn about the wine making process that starts with the vine ends with the bottle. And the part we like best… the weekend pass is $20!

So if by the end of January you already need another vacation, this could be the perfect getaway. There will also be light food pairings and the opportunity to purchase wines at various locations.

Participating wineries: Auriga Cellars, Busby Cellars, Colibri Ridge, Crystal Basin, Fenton Herriott, Fitzpatrick, David Girard, Gold Hill, Granite Springs, Holly’s Hill, Illuminare, Jodar, Latcham, Lava Cap, MadroƱa, Miraflores, Mount Aukum, Narrow Gate, ParaVi, Perry Creek, Sierra Vista, and Single Leaf.
