The Folsom Historic District presents "Top of Folsom"

The Folsom Historic District presents ”Top of Folsom “  from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept.15, featuring fine art, food and wine  — all served up on a scenic rooftop in the heart of Historic Folsom!

Top of Folsom brings together 20 fine artists, 20 northern California wineries and 15 chefs, along with performing artists and musical performances in a unique setting under the starry skies of beautiful Folsom. Top of Folsom takes place on the upper deck of the Historic District’s 4-story brick parking structure on Leidesdorff and Reading streets, offering guests panoramic views of the historic city.

The evening features live music, celebrity guest appearances and performance art. The stars of DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Network’s “Yardcore,” licensed contractors Jake and Joel Moss, Doug Tolson and Terrence Martin, will be on hand to create an on-the-spot urban sculpture that will later be displayed publicly.  Karen Holmes, owner of Folsom’s Karen’s Bakery Café, will demonstrate the art of making an enormous salad – super-sized and tossed in a most entertaining presentation.

Guests will enjoy sampling exquisite wine and food while viewing art and performances. Beer also will be served. Fine Art will be available for sale at the event.  All guests will receive a commemorative Top Of Folsom wine glass upon check in.  Valet service will be provided for guests.

Top of Folsom will benefit both the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary and the Folsom Historic District. For more information please visit topoffolsom.com.
