National Rx Take-Back Day April 26th

Did you know that most abused prescription drugs come from family and friends?

Each day, approximately, 2500 teens use prescription drugs to get high for the first time according to the Partnership for a Drug Free America.

Studies show that a majority of abused prescription drugs are obtained from family and friends, including the home medicine cabinet.

What: National Drug Take-Back Day
When: Saturday, April 26
Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Where: El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department Substation, 4354 Towncenter Blvd., #112, El Dorado Hills or El Dorado County Sheriff’s Main Office, 300 Fair Lane, Placerville
