Auditions for Wilder's "Skin of Our Teeth"

Break a leg. And that's means you! The Falcon's Eye Theatre at Folsom Lake College is making a call to actors from the community to audition for its spring production of "The Skin of Our Teeth," Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning comic allegory.

If you haven't seen the play, it's a satiric fantasy revolving around the Antrobus family. It charts the trivals and times they endure through "The War," surviving flood, fire, pestilence, locusts, ice age, the pox, and the double feature, and through a dozen subsequent wars and as many depressions. Ultimately, they are the stuff of which heroes and fools are made. Their survival is a theatrical testament of faith in humanity.

It's such a great chance whether you have been looking to get involved and were afraid to make your first step on the stage or if you are a seasoned pro!

Plus, it's a Thorton Wilder and Pulitzer-winning play no less! You can't miss.

Date: Monday, January 31, 7p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
