Fun Summer Events in Placer County

There are some fun events happening in Placer County this summer!

Evening in the Park Summer Concert Series: June 8, 22, July 13, August 3
Johnson Springview Park, Rocklin
These free concerts are a summer favorite! Enjoy food booths and business showcases while listening to great music. June highlights include "Dad's Night" with special goodies just for Dad and some throw back tunes brought to you by Groove Thang and "Kid's Night" with bounce houses and pop music by Sing Inc. Friday nights from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Summer Sanders Swim Invitational: June 8-10
Roseville Aquatics Complex
Nationally recognized, Olympic development swim team, California Capital Aquatics, hosts a highly competitive meet here in Roseville. This Long Course JO+ swim meet is designed to test the strengths and abilities of all athletes involved. CCA calls Roseville home and operates on the premise that every swimmer should strive to reach their full potential.

Piece of the Rock: June 15-17Lone Tree Park, Rocklin
Three full days of softball will extend these young athletes as they compete to avoid elimination to be crowned victors of the weekend. Each team will go head to head in a round-robin style tournament culminating in a single elimination round.

Placer County Fair: June 21-24
Placer County Fairgrounds, Roseville
Each year, the fair brings families a festival with carnival rides, games, tasty food and entertainment for all ages. A variety of attractions are included, such as a concert on Thursday evening, a NASCAR Sanctioned Points Race on Saturday and a 200 Lap Enduro on Sunday. Live bands include Hot Rods, Road 88, and Mad Dash.
