Free “After 5 Club” Support Group Gathering

The “After 5 Club” is a free support group who care for a relative or friend with a chronic health condition such as Alzheimer’s, a related dementia, stroke, cardiovascular disease and Parkinson’s.

The goal of this gathering is to share information, successful coping strategies and available options in an emotionally supportive and confidential setting.

The “After 5 Club” meets on the second Wednesday of every month. The next meeting of the “After 5 Club” will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Day Care Center, 935-A Spring Street in Placerville.

The “After 5 Club” is offered as a public service of the El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency, Senior Day Care Services. For more information about the group or Senior Day Care Services call (530) 621-6180 or visit edcgov.us/humanservices.
