On Wednesday, March 3, from 7:30-9 a.m., Roseville Police will be conducting a zero-tolerance operation designed to remind motorists to obey flashing red lights from school buses on the roadways.
Motorists are reminded to obey current state law with regards to stopped school buses, which forbids them to bypass a bus that is flashing a red light while stopped; drivers coming in the opposite direction are required by law to stop as well.
The Roseville Police Department encourages you to report traffic issues and safety hazards. Call 916-746-1023 to report them or go to roseville.ca.us/police/traffic.asp for more information.
