August 8th – Pure Ecstasy (Motown)
The ever popular Thursday night concert series is rockin’ Town Center from 6:30-8:30pm. With genre’s ranging from 60’s and 70’s classics to Motown, Rock and Roll, Jazz, Tribute and original artists, the variety is sure to please. Concert viewing set-up begins at 5p.m., with festival style seating so bring your blankets and chairs.
Tower of Power Concert
Friday, August 9th
Tower of Power is live in El Dorado Hills Town Center on Friday, August 9th from 9-10:30p.m.; doors open at 7p.m. Opening act is Ryan Hernandez, a local musician. Tickets are $35 and are available at Ticketmaster.com. Seating is general admission. No chairs, blankets, outside food or beverages permitted. Must be 21 or older.
Meet the Trojans
Saturday, August 10th from 4p.m. – 6p.m.
With the high school football season just around the corner, visit Town Center to meet and greet the Oak Ridge Trojan football and cheer teams! Beginning at 4p.m. at the Steven Young Amphitheater, players will be introduced and the cheer teams will perform their latest routines. Players will be signing autographs and students and fans alike will also be able to purchase season tickets and stadium seats through the Oak Ridge Sports Boosters organization. Don’t miss the hot dog eating contest that is always a crowd favorite!
