“It’s going to be great performing three times for fairgoers throughout the day,” said Fabulous Liars guitarist, Ed Wilson. “On a Saturday in June, at the El Dorado County Fair, hey, that’s a perfect combination,” Wilson added.
The fun with the Fabulous Liars begins at 11:45a.m., with additional performances at 1:45p.m. and 3:15p.m., all on the Red Hawk Casino Stage. The El Dorado County Fairgrounds is located at 100 Placerville Drive, Placerville.
Also known as The Liars or FabLiars (“We go by several aliases,” Wilson quipped,) The Fabulous Liars played to enthusiastic crowds at the El Dorado County Fair last year and plan exciting shows again this year.
The Fabulous Liars have quite the musical menu, playing tunes from all decades of Rock. They specialize in "Classic Rock Rarely Heard"; songs by famous bands and artists that haven't been played over and over again, in addition to performing hits from yesterday and today. They even have their own theme song!
