It's back...the Sixth Annual Folsom Family Expo and Wellness Festival brought to you by the Style Magazines in association with Mercy!
Here's the scoop:
Date: Saturday, October 1, 2011
Time: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Where: Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma Street in Folsom
Admission: FREE!
What you'll experience:
- Health and Wellness Screenings by Mercy
- Free Zoo Admission courtesy of Folsom Lake Honda (note that wrist band obtained inside the expo is required for admission to the zoo, and the zoo closes at 3 p.m.)
- Free Autographs from MLB Hall of Fame Pitcher Rollie Fingers and MLB All Star Dave "Kong" Kingman from 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (One autographed item per player per person. Baseballs and photos to be autographed will be available for purchase.)
- FREE Bouncehouses, FREE Face Painting, Performances by Mimo the Clown, Veggie Planting and Gardening, Heart Healthy activity with Mercy, and more outdoor games and activities, and entertainment for the whole family!
- Hourly raffle giveaways including gift certificates for local restaurants!
- Free massages courtesy of The National Holistic Institute for Massage Therapy
- Mercy is proud to be partnering with Whole Foods to present quick and easy nutritious meals that you can make with your family with a raw foods cooking demonstration by Rebecca Wise.
- Samples from Great Harvest Bread Company, Freshii, Whole Foods, Nature's Path and Foothill Organic Growers.
- Great expo vendors...and so much more!
