Purchase Your Tickets Today For The Hands4Hope Benefit Dinner & Costume Ball

The Hands4Hope’s 4th Annual Benefit Dinner  & Costume Ball is Saturday, October 12th from 6p.m. – 11p.m. at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills.

This year’s Benefit Dinner and Costume Ball is themed “Thieves In The Temple” and will have a bit of an Indiana Jones/Lara Croft Tomb Raider/ The Mummy feel to it. 

The Old Town Grill in Placerville will be cooking up the delicious feast. Bring your dancing shoes so you can rock out to the music of the band Boogie Shooz.

Good Day Sacramento television personality Mark S. Allen will emcee the event in his usual spirited and fun fashion . . . no telling what costume he will wear this year!

El Dorado Hills Town Center 4th Annual Fireworks Jubilee Tonight!

Get ready for the 4th Annual Fireworks Jubilee at El Dorado Hills Town Center, and be dazzled with the best fireworks show in the region!

Tonight guests of all ages can ring in Independence Day with entertainment including three live bands; Hired Guns on the Boulevard and Island of the Black & White in Theater Plaza at 6:30 p.m and the awesome energy of The Spazmatics in the Steven Young Amphitheater at 8 p.m.

Come vote for your favorite chili at the 4th Annual Badge to Badge chili cook-off and entertain the kids in the kid’s activity area complete with bounce houses, Radio Disney’s Rockin’ Road Show and Monterey Bay Aquarium’s “Fintastic Voyager” Mobile Unit. 

There will be food vendors up and down the Boulevard and all Town Center stores and restaurants are open for business. 

The evening will conclude with a spectacular Fireworks display choreographed to music, right in the heart of Town Center. 

Beginning at 6 p.m. and new this year will be a Community Parade down the middle of Town Center Boulevard, organized by the El Dorado Hills Fire Department who is celebrating their 50th year of service in El Dorado Hills. Several non-profits will be on site such as, Hands 4 Hope, M.O.R.E., Rotary and Boy Scouts of America.

Parking will be available at Blue Shield, located at 4203 Town Center Boulevard, and Rolling Hills Christian Church, located at 800 White Rock Road.

Hands4Hope And Town Center To Honor Our Troops With Care Package Drive

Hands4Hope, a local youth driven outreach organization, is teaming up with El Dorado Hills Town Center for the third year in a row to honor men and women serving our country overseas.

The 3rd Annual Soldier Care Package Drive at Town Center will begin on June 17 and run through July 5. The following businesses are designated drop off spots for donations: Chili's, Nugget Market, Face in a Book, It's Kids Time, Round Table Pizza, Ruffhaus Hot Dog Company and Wells Fargo.

On July 3, during the Town Center Fireworks Jubilee, Hands4Hope will be collecting donations at a booth along the main boulevard. Items needed include black crew socks, beef jerky, foot powder, sunscreen, lip balm, dental floss, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, Frisbees, golf balls, hard candy, granola bars, tuna packs, and thank you cards and letters.

Hands4Hope youth, in conjunction with the Honor Our Troops Committee, will create care packages with these items and mail them to soldiers overseas on July 10. Hands4Hope appreciates your effort to join them in recognizing our deployed soldiers during this patriotic time of year!

Hands4Hope Haunted House Now Open!

Get scared for a good cause and stop by the Hands4Hope Annual Haunted House this month!

Thursdays - 6-9 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays - 6-10 p.m.
Sundays - 5-8 p.m.
Halloween - 5-7:30 p.m. (Plus on this night there will be trick or treating from 4-6 and a kid and dog costume contest at 5:30)

There will also be carnival food, games and of course a good spook!

WHERE: New Orleans Building on Town Center Boulevard, 4370 Town Center Blvd, Studio 150
COST: $8

High school students showing their student ID or wearing an item of clothing with your school on it will receive a free order of nachos from the concession stand!!

The dates for schools are: Ponderosa High School - Thursday, October 20
Oak Ridge High School - Thursday, October 27

Hands4Hope is a youth driven, outreach organization based in El Dorado Hills, designed to create opportunities for youth to identify areas of need in their communities where they can make a difference and have a positive impact.

Food Bank Blitz!


Get involved and volunteer with your kids at the upcoming Food Bank Blitz. The funds and items donated will benefit the Food Bank of El Dorado County and Twin Lakes Food Bank!

All you have to do is register with Hands4Hope. Volunteer for a 2-hour shift and you'll collect donations of food, cash, and gift cards to benefit those in need in El Dorado and Sacramento Counties.

WHEN: Saturday, April 2
WHERE: Grocery Stores from Placerville to Orangevale
TIME: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

El Dorado Crab Feast!

We can't get enough crab. It's one of the most delicious times of the year. An event you really don't want to miss, the 18th Annual El Dorado Rotary Club Crab Feed and Dance, is coming up on February 19.

There will be a silent auction, raffle and no host bar! Plus, boogie on down to the Used Blues Band. Proceeds will support local and international projects and Hands 4 Hope.

Get your tickets now! "All you can eat crab" sounds amazing good to us!

Get Scared, Help a Cause!

Get ready to get your spook on.... a Haunted House is opening in the El Dorado Hills Town Center today!

There's no reason to wait until Halloween to jump out of your skin. Plus, y0u'll know that your spine-tingling adventure will support Hands4Hope, Youth Making a Difference ! It's completely safe and great for all ages.

We at Style love a good scare every now and then and will definitely be checking out this to-be annual event.

WHEN: October 14- 30
WHERE: El Dorado Hills Town Center, 4364 Town Center Blvd. - Lakeside near Bistro 33
COST: $8 per person

Plus, get $2 off admission (on Thursdays) when you donate two cans of food and a new pair of gloves or beanie.

Thursdays - 6-9 p.m.

Saturdays - Oct. 16, 8-10 p.m.
Oct. 23, 5-10 p.m.
Oct. 30, 2-10 p.m.

Hands4Hope, is a non-profit, non-denominational, youth driven outreach organization based in El Dorado Hills and was founded in February 2008. The organization's mission is to grow the next generation of socially responsible citizens by engaging youth in community outreach.
