Thunder Valley Co-hosts Annual Santa Claus Toy Run This Weekend!

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is partnering with Renegade Classics Outlet to co-sponsor the 9th Annual Santa Claus Toy Run on Saturday, Nov. 19 – a daylong charity event where motorcyclists gather to donate holiday toys for children in need.

The toys collected during this year’s toy run will benefit the Roseville Salvation Army, Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center, Mustard Seed School and RISE, Inc.

The event will kick off with breakfast and registration at Renegade Classics in Sacramento. Bikers will be escorted to Thunder Valley Casino Resort where they will have access to a private party in Pano Hall– including lunch, vendors and live music by local rock band, Rogue.

“The Santa Claus Toy Run supports a great cause and Thunder Valley is proud to be a continuing sponsor of the event,” said C.J. Graham, General Manager for Thunder Valley Casino Resort. “We are anticipating thousands of bikers as this year’s event offers an exciting lineup of prizes, food and entertainment.”

Bikers are encouraged to pre-register for the Santa Claus Toy Run before Friday, Nov. 18. Tickets will also be on sale the day of the event at Renegade Classics. Tickets are $20 plus a new, unwrapped toy.

Participants will receive an event T-shirt, run pin, continental breakfast, barbecue lunch, $10 gaming credit, private party at Thunder Valley and will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

The Grand Prize drawing includes a weekend getaway to Thunder Valley Casino Resort, a $500 shopping spree at Renegade Classics and more.

· 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. – kickoff breakfast at Renegade Classics
· 11 a.m. – groups of bikers will be escorted from Renegade Classics to Thunder Valley

2011 Mandarin Festival!

Mandarins are now ripe and today is the last chance to order your local ones from the Lewis Family and get them delivered for Thanksgiving.

If you want mandarins delivered before Thanksgiving you need to place an order by Nov. 15th at www.GotMandarins.com.
Call in orders at 916-663-9158 after tomorrow.

Their ranch store will be open Nov. 15th and hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Their mandarins are featured at Savemart in Auburn, and Marval Foods in Georgetown. This year they will have a fruit stand at the corner of Sierra College Blvd. and Douglas Blvd. at the Shell Gas Station for those in the Roseville/ Granite Bay area.
