The Hands4Hope’s 4th Annual Benefit Dinner  & Costume Ball is Saturday, October 12th from 6p.m. – 11p.m. at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills.

This year’s Benefit Dinner and Costume Ball is themed “Thieves In The Temple” and will have a bit of an Indiana Jones/Lara Croft Tomb Raider/ The Mummy feel to it. 

The Old Town Grill in Placerville will be cooking up the delicious feast. Bring your dancing shoes so you can rock out to the music of the band Boogie Shooz.

Good Day Sacramento television personality Mark S. Allen will emcee the event in his usual spirited and fun fashion . . . no telling what costume he will wear this year!

Placer County Fairgrounds Is Home To Bill McAnally's Toyota NAPA Auto Parts 150 Event

Adrenaline lovers and race fans will come together at the All American Speedway on October 12th for a day of fun, food, and fast-paced action.

There will be a little something for everyone at the event making it a family affair!

Gates open at 4 p.m., with races starting at 6:45 p.m. and the main event kicking off at 8:35 pm.

NASCAR fans can enjoy their favorite sport close to home right here in Roseville.

Bill McAnally Racing, NAPA Auto Parts and Placer Valley Tourism have partnered up to bring this heart racing competition to Placer Valley!

NASCAR is a sport that is loved by people in the U.S. and internationally. It's fast-paced nature and adrenaline pumping action brings thrills and chills to both racers and spectators. Bill McAnally Racing and NAPA Auto Parts brings real NASCAR racing to Roseville at the Toyota NAPA Auto Parts 150.

Not only does the event offer live action unlike anything you have ever experienced, but it also hosts a line-up of fun for the whole family. There will be a midway full of food from local vendors, bounce houses and activities for kids, a car show, and even a live band. With special driver appearances, garage tours and VIP seating areas offered, the evening is sure to be memorable.

Join El Dorado Hills Town Center For Fun Fall Activities In October

El Dorado Hills Town Center has  you covered for fun fall activities!

FALL FESTIVAL
Saturday, October 12th
The 2nd Annual Fall Festival is back at Town Center with fun for the whole family!  From 1-4:30 p.m. kids of all ages will enjoy a pumpkin patch, pumpkin decorating, train rides, face painting and carnival games.

Radio Disney will be hosting their Rockin’ Road Show from       2-3:30 p.m. and everyone will receive a digital picture to capture their special day! $10 all access wristbands for Kid’s Activities. Proceeds benefit Young Life.

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT
Friday, October 25th
Enjoy a family friendly night out as Town Center hosts the first ever Outdoor Movie featuring Hotel Transylvania in the Steven Young Amphitheater.  Show begins at 7 p.m. and popcorn will be available. Bring your blankets and chairs. Event is free!

HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR
Thursday, October 31st
The Halloween Spooktacular is a Town Center favorite and will feature trick-or-treating from 3-6 p.m. at all Town Center participating businesses. A costume contest for kids and dogs will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the Steven Young Amphitheater with categories for Most Creative, Hero/Villain or Princess, Funniest and Best Group.

Folsom Lake College Presents Health And Wellness Day On October 9

The community is invited to attend Folsom Lake College’s annual Health and Wellness Day on Wednesday, October 9 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Folsom campus (10 College Parkway, off E. Bidwell St.).

This year’s event will feature a Blood Source-hosted blood drive, information on the new Affordable Care Act, and a variety of information booths, displays and events presented by a diverse lineup of community health, recreation and arts organizations.

Admission to Health and Wellness Day is FREE (a daily parking pass can be purchased for $1).
