Help With El Dorado Hills Park Improvements!

There has been quite a bit of buzz about parks here on the blog lately. And we at Style couldn't be happier about that.

In El Dorado Hills this weekend, three parks will be getting a make over. Volunteers will be making improvements as a part of the "Renewing California Parks" project.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, who will be hosting the projects, invite anyone in the community who wants to help out and contribute to improving the neighborhoods. The parks designated for improvements are the Promontory Community Park, Murray Homestead Park and New York Creek Trail in the El Dorado Hills Community Park. Various projects at the parks include fencing, landscaping, trail improvements, decomposed granite walkways and more!

So if you are thinking about what to do next weekend, you don't have to look any further. Think about giving back to the community and making the El Dorado Hills parks a little bit better for everyone!

If you are interested in helping out, email Mike Cottrell at mcottrell@edhcsd.org.
