Blue Line Gallery Awards Young Artists
If you love children’s art and celebrating diversity… there’s a new exhibit at the Blue Line Gallery in Roseville that you don’t want to miss.
Entitled “Colors of Culture,” the show features paintings, sculptures and drawings of 36 area youth artists, ages 5-12. Each artist created a piece with the theme of cultural diversity in mind.
At the opening reception of the show on August 15, local artist and teacher Melanie Slade Haas awarded nine artists for their outstanding contributions, including first and second places in four different age groups, and an overall best of show.
