Don’t you just love going to the park when you want to escape from the hassles of the everyday hustle and bustle, or to simply spend time with your family, friends, or even your pets?One particular park we at Style know a lot of people are very fond of is Marshall Gold Discovery State Park in Coloma.
Unfortunately, the park is slated for closure after Labor Day! Just think, 70,000+ school children who visit every year could now be unable to do so! The Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park is one of the most significant historic parks in the state of California, if not west of the Missouri river.

And to show your support, make it a plan to come out to the “Media Day” and Press Conference in the Park (Assemblyman Ted Gaines office) Tuesday, September 1st at 10 a.m. Come and help show a good turn out - don't be late it only lasts 20 minutes!
