The fruit ranches have been prepping for visits...Whether it's picking berries at Bolster's Hilltop Ranch or tasting a fine wine at the Apple Hill Grower Wineries and Jack Russell Farm Brewery... you will have a great evening catching the cool breeze and enjoying some delicacies.
September 4, 5 and 6 are the opening dates for most of the ranches, but check out applehill.com to find out if your favorites will be bringing out the fruit.
Also check out the event "Art in the Orchard" for some fabulous live music and free local arts show that benefits the El Dorado County Arts Council.
