And we love it.

So make sure you check out the "A Touch Of Understanding" Spooktacular this Saturday. It will be a free Halloween carnival for all ages. It should be a great place to test out that fabulous outfit.

- Food

WHEN: Saturday, October 30

TIME: 6-9 p.m.

The event will be hosted by students from California State University, Sacramento and the Granite Bay Kiwanis Key Club.
