We are very excited about the upcoming opening of the new steakhouse in Folsom!
Karoline and Mark Platt (the owners of Sienna Restaurant in El Dorado Hills) are opening Land Ocean New American Steakhouse, a new restaurant in Folsom on Monday, May 23 at 11 a.m. Don't miss the ribbon cutting!
The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner. The hours of operation are Sunday-Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Thursday-Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Karoline and Mark opened Sienna Restaurant in February, 2010 in a down economy. Their current venture, Land Ocean New American Steakhouse, was a restaurant concept they had been cultivating for many years. LO is located on the corner of a high traffic area and part of a major shopping hub in Folsom. LO (prounounced “low”, as most will refer to it as), will be a mostly booth seating restaurant with a wood fired rotisserie positioned at the entrance of the restaurant and outdoor dining. Low ambient lighting, a glowing elevated fireplace, and cozy booths create a swanky ambience with contemporary finishes!
We can't wait to try everything on the menu there! The wood-fired rotisserie will feature ribs, pork and poultry rotating daily. The menu features hand cut steaks from the Double R Ranch in Washington State, Wild Alaskan Salmon, and Fresh Sashimi Grade Tuna. We have our eye on the tenderloin wellington appetizer, chicken wings, and Portebello Burger.

This place just opened up in Folsom on 05/23. My husband and I thought we'd give it a shot. I am so glad we did, this place is amazing! The restaurant is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and attentive; the food is even better. I highly recommend the garlic cheese bread, rosemary chicken and the cheesecake. The cheesecake is the chef's grandmothers recipe and it's so good. This place will not disappointment!!!
