We don't know what fundraiser could be more fun than an energetic walk combined with a concert featuring KISS.
That's right, you won't want to miss the Walk 'N Rock For Kids, which benefits area non-profits. This year A Touch of Understanding is an affiliate of the 3rd annual Hope Production event and wants you to join their team!
The event will include a 5K walk, music at Raley Field and also along the route. After the walk, there will be entertainment, interactive booths, kids activities, and food.
And later in the evening there will be a special concert featuring KISS. This concert will be open to the general public to attend to also raise money.
There is a $20 to registration fee for adults 18 years of age and older, $10 for youth 6-17 years of age and free for children 5 years and younger. Youth and adult registration includes commemorative Walk 'N Rock for kids baseball cap. All proceeds donated after the registration fee will go directly to the team you join.

Raise $100 - 1 Walk N Rock for kids event t-shirt
Raise $500 - 1 Walk N Rock concert ticket turned in by 5/21/11
Raise $1000 - Access for 2 to the executive VGP (Very Good Person) on the floor at the concert. Participants will receive 1 additional VGP pass for each additional $500 raised and turned in by 5/21/11.
In addition to joining a pre-existing team, participants are encouraged to start their own team. Get your co- workers, friends, youth sport teams, school groups, faith community and family!
