Know what you are doing to celebrate French independence on the 14th?This year, Wine & Roses in Lodi will be celebrating Bastille Day in style with French Chefs Didier Gerbi and Fabrice Dubuc at the culinary helm of Wine & Roses restaurant and banquet operations.
“We’re delighted to bring some of the French culture to Lodians” says owner Kathryn Munson. “It’s a day to celebrate togetherness and rejoice in community. We are looking forward to a fantastic fête!”
And what would a celebration be without music? They will feature Bal Musette tunes, a coupling of jaunty melodies and playing styles that reveal the resilience of the human spirit, evoking as it does the romantic cafes, sidewalks and dance halls of Paris.
It puts us in the mood to devour some macrons!
