First Annual Halloween Fundraising Event at the Heidrick Ag History Center

This Halloween, instead of heading out to the same bars, haunted houses and costume contests, do something altogether spectacular; drop a pumpkin from a helicopter 100 feet in the air! Join Heidrick Ag History Center Saturday, October 27th, from 6p.m. to 9p.m. for their annual fundraising event.

The museum comes alive this Halloween in a night of revelry, where guest will enjoy adult trick-or-treating (beer tasting),  a pumpkin smashing contest, costume contest, prizes, brats, sweet treats and music.

One lucky winner of the raffle drawing will get to smash a pumpkin from the air and receive a helicopter ride donated by Joe Heidrick.

Included in the price of admission are four complementary beer tastings, one free pumpkin and one food serving. Additional full beers and pumpkins are available for purchase.

Tickets are $30 for museum members and $35 for non-members. Tickets are available for advanced purchase by calling (530) 666-9700, or at the door.

Seasonal ales will be featured, pumpkins will be catapulted from 20 feet in the air for prizes, and at the end of the night the winner of the costume contest will be decided by the crowd.

This fun and festive Halloween event will be set among the museum’s collection, which features over 300 farming and transportation implements and vehicles, housed in 130,000 square feet of display space.

Celebrate the Halloween season at the Heidrick Ag History Center with food, fun, entertainment, trucks and tractors; always on view at the museum Tuesday through Sunday from 10a.m. to 5p.m.
