Our advertising director, Debra Linn, and her family recently enjoyed Easter Brunch at Sequoia Here's a little mini-review from Sequoia's Easter Brunch!"The setting could not have been nicer for our family's Easter Brunch at Sequoia. We were seated in a room with a beautiful view of the back patio - although all the rooms at Sequoia have their own wonderful charm. We were promptly greeted with Mimosas and coffee before our adventure at the buffet! The offerings from Sequoia's buffet were plentiful, unusual and just plain yummy. There was an omelet station and a carving station with both Roast Beef and Lamb! Lamb is one of my favorites so I was quite happy. But of course I had to taste almost everything which included, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and several other warm dishes. Salads included fruit, pasta, green and a beautiful display of baby veggies with a caper sauce that I could have just eaten as a pudding it was good! Shrimp and crab was fresh and fabulous and even though I had no room left for dessert I couldn't pass up the decadent brownies, cream puffs and even a mini pecan tart! There was more food but no more room in my very happy tummy.
I spoke to David, the general manager of Sequoia, to compliment his team on a wonderful meal -- he mentioned that in addition to their regular brunch, they brand new and extensive menu along with weekly specials. They won't disappoint!"
