It's an Event "For The Birds!"

Ok, now this sounds like a really fun (and educational, but shhhh...don't tell the kids!) event!

STAR ECO Station presents (in conjunction with Gold Country Rescue) "For The Birds!"

This event will feature:

• Presentations by native and exotic birds
• ECO Station tours every half hour
• Bird toy making
• Art projects
• Dissect an Owl Pellet!!
• STAR Youth Orchestra performance at 1:15 p.m.

Here's the 411:

When: Saturday, February 20, 2010
Time: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Cost: $5 General Admission

Where: 4465 Granite Drive, Suite 700 in Rocklin

All proceeds go to support the new cages for four new RESCUED parrots!!!
