Group members share information, coping strategies and options in a supportive and confidential setting.
The “My Time” group meets the first Friday of each month and is facilitated by Ruth Michelson, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
The next group meeting is tomorrow, Friday, June 6, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Placerville Senior Center, 937 Spring Street, Placerville.
