Seniors Enjoying Life!

No matter how many candles you have blown out, everyday is one to be healthy, energized and livinglife to the fullest.

This is the focus of the upcoming get together at the Health and Wellness Center in Folsom. Attendees will have a chance to exchange ideas and share resources about getting the most of life.

We loved center member Jean Melberg's outlook on life and how she has no plans of slowing down!

"I enjoy life. I am 78 years old. I have 4 great-grandchildren, and I need to stay healthy for them, and that means I need to exercise."

We also love the photo to the right....That's what it's all about!

The event will benefit the California Emergency Food Link. Each month it provides about 3,000 seniors a month with healthy food, support and friendship.

Your dog could also be the queen or king of the festival!

It should be a fun day for pet owners and their canines alike.
